How Our Process Works

Let’s dream! In our first session, you will meet your designer and kick off the trip planning process!
In this one hour call we will gather all of the details around your vision, needs and wants to build you the perfect trip!
Prioritization workshop
Design thinking methodology -
In our second session, we discuss the skeleton version of your custom trip guide.
This draft includes all selected excursions, private villa, and dining logistics organized into an itemized itinerary. This draft will also include a total cost estimate.

In our final session, we will present the finalized version of your custom Trip Guide; complete with the full itinerary, discount codes (where applicable), and all booking links.
After our session, we will email the finalized Trip Guide where you can begin booking your trip immediately!
